Cold Therapy Place the pack in a freezer for at least 15-20 minutes before each use
Hot Therapy Hot Water Place the pack in hot water -max 80℃ for 15-20 minutes, or Microwave oven: recommend 1000w (50 second). Ensure gel is evenly disturbed in the pack. Heat pack for 50 seconds at a low power setting.
Heating time varies with the power of the microwave. If more heat is required, heat in additional 10 seconds increment until desired temperature is reached.
Allow the pack to rest for 1 minute before application.
Remove and wrap the pack in dry towel. Apply to affected area
